Delivery time:

Orders are delivered within 10-15 business days from the order placed. Please note, the delivery time may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier delays.

Shipping Coverage:

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We are working to expand our delivery regions in the near future. 

Shipping Charges: 

• Standard shipping costs apply to all orders under £50.
• Enjoy free shipping on all orders over £50.

Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of order placement. Orders received after 3 PM, on business days will be processed the following business day. Please allow for additional processing time during holidays and weekends.

Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking number by email, so you can monitor your delivery at every step.

Lost or Damaged Products:

If your orders is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at support@interieta.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
